Please follow this step-by-step guide to get your QUILLO-hosted email address fully integrated with Gmail, so that you can send and receive emails with your own business email address.
Please replace email@example.com with your actual business email address. Your username is your email address. Your password has been provided to you already. (If you need to request your account or password from support, please click here).
Are you setting-up this email address for the first time within Gmail? If YES, skip #2, GO TO STEP #3 Otherwise, if you migrating from another email provider to QUILLO hosted email, and already had your business email connected to Gmail (using your previous provider), please DELETE any existing business email accounts on this page.
There will be probably 2 parts to delete (SEND MAIL AS, and CHECK MAIL FROM OTHER ACCOUNTS)
Only once they are both deleted/removed, you can continue to the next step. Your previously received messages will not be deleted from your Gmail account
ADD a new mail account (receiving)
Enter your email address
Tick “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” and NEXT
Enter the following receiving configuration, and tap ADD ACCOUNT
