You can access the control panel for your hosting account using a web browser, and can be controlled on any device anywhere in the world. We use industry-leading Plesk control panel software for your Linux-flavoured, or Windows server.
Your hosting control panel information & access credentials have been provided to you already by email upon account activation. (If you need to request your control panel credentials again, please
click here, you will need to first verify your email before we can provide support)
Access Info
- Click on the starting point URL contained in your hosting welcome/activation email.
FYI - The URL will begin with your hosting region code (such as "au818"), and ending in ".quillo.hosting".
Example: https://au818.quillo.hosting
- Enter your username and password also contained in the welcome/activation email.
- Click on Websites & Domains > then click on the domain you would like to manage.
Please ensure you are very careful with any changes you make in this environment. Depending on your support plan, you may or may not be eligible for any restorations of data as a consequence for any customer-made hosting changes.
